3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Event Registration

• Registration is subject to availability and event capacity limits
• All registrations are final once payment is confirmed
• You must provide accurate information for all participants

5. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration

• We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider

In the event that an event is cancelled by the organizers, we will notify registered participants and process refunds according to our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants.
